Discussion

Every third Sunday, at 11:30 a.m., we gather after our sitting for a brown bag lunch and discussion. Tea is provided.

Each month we send out email about the next topic for discussion. We also provide a link to the discussion material here or provide paper copies (if the material is not online) at the Dharma Center a week or two ahead of time.

For this month’s brown bag lunch and discussion (Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007) the topic is the Noble Eightfold Path factor Right Effort. See the material at the Urban Dharma website that we will use as a basis for our discussion.

Brown bag lunch and discussion start shortly after the end of the meditation period, at 11:30, and you are welcome to join us for meditation, for the discussion, or for both (arrive at 11:35 if only joining the discussion).

Tea will be provided, and all are welcome.
