Schedule of Services

Sundays:
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Sitting and walking meditation
Please arrive before 10 a.m. since we lock the door at 10. The door will be unlocked during walking meditation at 10:40.

First Sundays:
We start at the same time as other Sundays but at 11:00 a.m. we will have a Dharma talk. People can come for the whole service or simply for the talk and discussion. Following discussion, there is a potluck lunch. All are welcome.
Please arrive before 10 a.m. since we lock the door at 10. The door will be unlocked during walking meditation at 10:30.

Third Sundays:
following morning sitting, brown bag lunch/discussion (optional), and extended sitting into mid afternoon (optional)

Tuesdays:
7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Sitting, walking meditation
Please arrive before 7 p.m. We will lock the door at 7.

Wednesdays:
(First and Third)
7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
meditation instruction, discussion and ongoing support
Please arrive before 7 p.m. We will lock the door at 7.
