Sunday Morning Meditation:

DUE TO HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS THE CENTER WILL BE CLOSED ON 12/25. JOIN US AT 10:00 am ON ZOOM FOR A 45 MINUTE SILENT MEDITATION
In person and on Zoom
Meditation begins at 10 am. There is some ritual, including lighting a candle, bowing, and brief chanting that begins and ends the meditation. There are two sitting meditations, interspersed with a brief walking meditation. The session ends at 11:00.
First Sundays: We start at the same time as other Sundays but at 11 a.m. we will have a Dharma talk by a sangha member or local teacher. People can come for the whole service or simply for the talk and discussion.
Third Sundays: Meditation session starts at 10 and ends at 11 a.m., followed by discussion. The focus of the discussion is a reading which is emailed out to all on our list several days earlier.
Second, Fourth and Fifth Sundays: Service from 10 - 11 am.

Meditation Instruction & Discussion on Zoom
7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Please join us for Wednesday evenings. The format is informal with meditation instruction, meditation, and discussion. The discussion segment will be a time for questions and answers as well as teaching and dialogue on various topics pertinent to meditation. Whether you are a one-time visitor, an occasional participant or regularly attend these evenings, we hope you will find them helpful. There is no cost but donations are most welcomed.
