PRECEPTS CLASS

The Five Buddhist Precepts encourage ethical, compassionate, and wise behavior. They also promote insight into one's intentions. They can be taken at face value or interpreted broadly to include ideas like deep listening, loving speech, and guarding against mentally/emotionally toxic influences. The study and practice of the precepts promotes peace and well-being for the individual, the sangha, and all sentient beings.
